Today in class students will begin a mini-poster on thermal energy. Students will use selected online resources to help them design their poster. They may also use the textbook at home for Chapter 10, Sections 1 and 2. These mini-posters will be due on Wednesday, February 3rd at the BEGINNING of class. Please use the provided links and rubric below to help you design it! Students who do not have internet access but would like to have more time with the internet resources may come during 4th period on Monday and Tuesday.

Students may do their poster in a one of the following ways:
1. Students will take notes in their notebook and then design and submit their poster on a sheet of 8.5 x 11 white paper. (Please ask if you do not have this at home.)
2. Students will take notes in their notebook and then design a one-slide PowerPoint or short Prezie presentation and email it to me by their class period on Wednesday. You must have access to this technology at home to complete this.
3. Students will take notes in their notebook and then design an iMovie/Photostory/Jing/Pixton/ Some other video software presentation of their information. This file must also be emailed to me or brought in on a thumbdrive by their class period on Wednesday. You must have access to this technology at home to complete this.
