Pardon the lack of posting. We have been working a LOT in Google Classroom, trying to integrate technology into our curriculum. There was a week of spring break, a week of testing, and just general craziness! We are getting back into the "swing" of things with a pendulum motion lab where students determine the time it takes for 10 periods. It was a crazy week last week but we did our first egg drop from the stairs behind the gym. Today we are revising our designs for our drop from the side of the stadium. Write-up worksheets were passed out today and are due no later than Wednesday of this week!
We have been working hard to learn about each of Newton's Laws. Today we built structures to withstand force to better prepare us for the Egg Drop Eggstravaganza next week! We are moving on from specific forces like gravity and friction to begin studying Newton's Laws. Here is a great video and quiz combo to help you understand them better!
